Sitting in a small home, made out of mud, i had tasted the most amazing meal. I couldn't figure out how? he could have afforded it with such a low income and 3 kids. Well the thing is, he couldn't. Good work. Although people in Bangladesh suffer from poverty, it should not be ignored culture and unity they hold. I spent months in Bangladesh, trying my best to blend in. I have noticed that their perspective of wealth or lifestyle is much different. My dear friend from Bangladesh, my care taker as a child had invited me for lunch. He picked me up with his scooter which he earns? a living with. He had told his wife to prepare good food for me.

Not to say you're wrong. REALLY But I want to say is you said "what did you do when you were 15?" my answer would be "having fun with my friends." My point is I say this because it's unnecessary for me to live in a poverty when I do have money from my parents and is able to enjoy my life. SO I always thought the question about "What did you do" is weak to many people. However, your? question is strong to raise awareness and sense of reflection to help these people and become selfless.

In america the spoiled rotten kids today will not do anything to? help their parents but expect the parents to give give give. this is whats wrong with america. when i was 10 yrs old , my sister and I were mowing 3 and 4 yards a day for $3 each then we would keep $1 each and give the rest to our single mother. you will never see a kid do that today but expect everything for being born. very sad. these kids need to live in a place like this for a month or two and learn.

I know this may sound counter-intuitive to some but I'll just say it: sweatshops are a good thing. Corporations that set up factories in third-world countries always pay more than local companies in those countries do. And people flock to work at those so-called sweatshops. I'm betting that 15-year old boy would want a sweatshop job. John Stossel,? an ABC reporter, did an excellent piece on the benefits of sweatshops. Have you ever heard of micro loans? Research it or perhaps offer him a personal loan to purchase a way to transport more if you have the resources. (such as a pedi-cart like the one shown in the last 30 or so seconds of your video. Or ask? him if he has ideas on how to grow his business. After all uneducated does NOT mean unintelligent.
