we have been directed to send roof top rain water down to the ground- WILL THIS CONTAMINATE THE GROUND WATER ? terraces are normally used to wash and dry clothes-so detergents are another source of contamination along with bird droppings-is the govt? right in making it mandatory for all to have this type of ground water recharge?
