There is a quick simple solution to global warming and climate change. It is called Muon Catalysed Fusion.? As worked on Star Scientific.? NO CO2. NO Greenhouse Gases. NO Toxic Waste. The source is dueterium from the? World's Oceans? -? virtually limitless. It is? cheap to produce.?? WE NEED IT NOW. See the website "Star Scientific Limited", Blog "The Big Picture? by Andrew Horvath", Youtube video - "In the Footsteps of Fusion"

listening to this guy is like a breath of fresh air, and its good to see someone on the left take a public stand against this climate change nonsense for a change. we need public policy to be driven by science and objectivity, not? hysteria and vested interest.

Thank you Mr Corbyn. Finally, some long-awaited objectivity in the weather research field.?

@VenomFrogX? I think you tube could change the buttons on this video to say [Like][Shoot my self in the foot now] ... that would be more attained to a true statement than Al Gore's book

It is the duty and obligation for every man woman and child to abolish fraud in scientific research, and equally so to report and chase away the fear mongering taxation fraudster promoting 1010global(DOT)org from ever rearing their ugly? Kill-A-Child-For-Money agenda

All the more commendable since warmism? is a Socialist fraud, and he is manifestly Labour.

If only guys like this were running the world instead of these bought? and paid for smiling lying monsters we end up with.

Interesting science proving and claiming to be more accurate than monitoring of CO2 levels in the atmosphere. It will be interesting to look back in 10 years time and compare. Something to look forward to! I wonder though whether even if his weather predictions are correct that CO2 levels will still have some impact on the planet. Maybe we should be looking into? how each side of the argument has a valid scientific repurcussion and finding rather than disclaiming each other as nonsense.

... Dr. C., thank you for your briliant work. Please do prevail.? I learned about you on WUWT. You will advance the whole world. GO.

brewbird14850 @hamzyboy Polluting technologies should pay the FULL COST of their production and use. That includes health and? environmental? impacts. That's full market fairness, not eco-fascism. Privatizing profits and socializing costs is just wrong.

@PonguigPeopinn New studies are finding that solar/wind and other? renewable can generate most of our energy needs. And without taking up precious food space. Google this: Energy Self-Reliant States: Second and Expanded Edition And this: Powering a Green Planet: Sustainable Energy, Made Interactive

Well that's really? an eco- fascist way to think. Imposing taxes or carbon tax is made to destroy production and development .

Store it for the duration? That's an insane idea, you presumptuous human. Even if microbes can deal with ALL Of the waste then I would still have an issue with creating? such a deadly substance in the first place. And wind is compatible with food production. Combining wind, solar, biomass, etc would power a smaller, sustainable population. Fossil fuels have allowed over population, which is not sustainable on our limited planet.
By: PonguigPeopinn. on 16 Feb 10, 01:25:06
What are you talking about? Of course we? can deal with radioactive waste. We can store it for the duration of its radioactive life. We can use microbes (D. radiodurans) which eat radioactive waste and excrete it in a non-soluable form. Using biofuels and solar/wind energy is NOT the solution because there is simply no way that these methods will be able to supply enough energy to every human and they take up precious land for growing food.
By: brewbird14850. on 15 Feb 10, 16:44:29
Cheaper isn't the issue if it leaves us with radioactive waste. If you can't deal with the waste, it is not a solution. Maybe a tax on fossil? fuels isn't a solution, but we should have incentives and should invest everything we can into renewables, while we still can.
By: PonguigPeopinn. on 13 Feb 10, 04:47:34
Your argument is invalid in so many ways. Firstly, the substitute technology of Nuclear energy is a far cheaper, efficient and more plausible than other technologies. We have an abundance of nuclear fuel, however the next step is Nuclear Fission, the element for which is available? in abundance (Helium-3) upon the moon, and is ejected from the sun in particle bursts. Once we are able to mine this (using Nuclear), we will have free cheap and powerful energy for the next 1,000 years.
By: brewbird14850. on 12 Feb 10, 20:55:25
We should have a pollution tax on all fossil fuel use and use it to pay for renewables. Warming or not, who cares, peak oil is? a reality you cannot argue and we'd better start transitioning or we are F-ed.
By: brewbird14850. on 12 Feb 10, 20:52:13
@5:27 "Low cost coal fired power stations"? First, you put wind towers where there IS wind. Second, solar's COST includes production of the panels and use, coal's COST is pushed off on the rest of us in the form of carbon emissions and pollution. The point isn't whether the globe is warming or not, it is that we? are running out of fossil fuels and they are KILLING us. Your "argument" is pointless.

Really like Piers. He makes an awful lot of sense. By the way - on one of his clips he asks where this so called climate change came about. I seem to recall seeing a clip on tv with Margarat Thatcher admitting in an interview given some? time ago that she invented it to divert attention to what was going on in the war with Argentina. So, if goods/services are faulty you get your money back, where's our refund in tax for all the money the government has taken from us over this?

is 2012 going? to be the year where extreme solar activitie of the sun will damage or even destroy the earth? i think the globalist are going to use these "maya calender prediction" like they are using global warming. they might set off bombs in the upper stratosphere and claim it is extreme solar activity.
