Great video and effort. Could the instructions have been much slower and relaxed perhaps giving the listener more time for it all to "sink in?"

This was a wonderful practice, great visuals and great instruction. I felt no need to watch the video as the instruction was clear and thoughtful. I am hoping to complete my yoga instruction certification soon and this video is an inspiration!

I do this routine every alternate morning. It's a wonderful way to start the day. It is very important to breathe according to video instructions. Also you can increase the number of surya namaskars if you have the time. This routine is perfect for someone who wants to do yoga simply to feel fresh and concentrate better on tasks.
