BT has complete contempt for its customers. I try not to think about the Kafka-esque 18? months I've just endured with BT. If I did, I'd feel tempted to fire-bomb their London HQ - and that wouldn't be right. It would be satisfying, but not right...

My BT phoneline doesn't work and an engineer will be in the area on Wednesday 21. Had to agree to £135 fee if it turns out the problem isn't with their equipment otherwise? they will not send anyone to come fix it.

@punkmanjon Well known to have internet that was up and down like a medicine ball bouncing between two springs and experiencing simple harmonic motion in a zero gravity environment. Also, when the 'net was working,? it generally ran at about 0.2% of the speed you paid for. Since Virgin bought them out it's about 80%, which is nice...
