First of all the president cannot repeal laws. The executive branch executes laws. So he can choose to use the full weight of a law or he can choose not to. He has chosen not to. Second of all Obama is not a judge so he cant judge legality, or prosecute anyone He can only advice the Justice dept. to do so.You dont know about the process of gov.

ok, this might sound stupid or whatever because i'm really just truly getting into this whole climate change debate, but what is so bad about it? it means change is starting and we are slowly but surely getting away from fossil fuels etc and? switching over to renewable energy to reduce CO2 emissions. what's so bad about that?
